If you would like to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Booking fees will not be refunded if less than 6 weeks notice is given.
We require a 50% booking fee to be paid at the time of your booking. Payment can be made over the phone by debit or credit card or we accept cash payments. You can also pay online once you have received your email confirmation, click on the link to pay securely online. You will be sent a email to pay the remaining balance 3 days before you drop off.
Credit on account must be used within 1 year.
No un-neutered males are to be boarded.
Owners must provide a valid vaccination card on arrival. Cats should be vaccinated against cat flu and feline enteritis. Vaccine boosters are done every year by your vets.
All rates are daily. The day of arrival and the day of departure each count as one day. We do not offer any discounts for early departures or late arrivals. We are open 9am to 4.30pm. Please stick to the time you have booked, as this is when we will be expecting you.
We also ask your cat is up to date on flea and worming treatment. Please advise of any additional information you feel we should be aware of.
Cats must arrive in a secure cat carrier.
Late collection must be advised by the owner or owners representative.
Any person entering the cattery do so at their own risk and can only to be entered when accompanied by a member of staff.
If the owner fails to collect their cat/cats on the booked departure date for any reason and no communication received, we will class this as abandonment and have the right to arrange for the rehoming of the cat/cats not collected within 7 days following the booked departure date, in the absence of any satisfactory explanation. All associated costs of rehoming and outstanding cattery fees will be due 30 days from date of notice.
If you have more than one cat, you agree they are happy sharing a pen or more than one pen should be booked. If a problem should arise, you are happy to separate them if necessary. Any additional payment to be made on collection.
All cats are left at the owners risk. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each cat boarding with us, City Central Cattery does not accept responsibility for any loss of cats through illness, unsecure carriers , or any other cause.
Should the need arise for medical treatment, we reserve the right to see a veterinarian. Where possible any treatments will be undertaken by the cat’s ordinary vet, but maybe taken to our own veterinary clinic, Highcroft Vets.
You are agreeing to your cat to be examined and investigations performed if required (e.g. blood tests, x-rays) and an appropriate course of action will be taken on the advice of the Vet.
Every effort will be made to get in touch with you or your emergency contact, to discuss an appropriate course of action.
The cost of the veterinary consultation, tests and treatment will be borne by the owner.
Please advise us of any health issues your cat may have.

City Central Cattery does not pass on any of your details to a 3rd party and are for administration purposes only.
